Meet Our Doctor


Dr. Mohammed M. Zeinomar graduated at the top of his class earning his medical degree from Damascus University, School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at Tod Children’s Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Zeinomar then spent three years receiving training in his sub-specialty, Pediatric Gastroenterology, and completing his fellowship at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital.

After moving around for several years, Dr. Zeinomar found his home in Panama City, Florida where he has lived since 1994 with his wife and 5 children. When he is not in the practice, he enjoys tending to his organic garden at home, but most of all, spending time with his family.

Dr. Zeinomar values quality health care above all else and is honored to be able to provide his services to his patients. He has found it a privilege to serve the Bay County community for over 20 years and has even branched out of his practice, participating in health fairs and benefits. He believes that every child deserves and needs to be given the right medical attention. Dr. Mohammed Zeinomar is grateful to have been chosen for such an important job by many families. 
Samantha Speight — New Born Child Check-up in Panama City, FL

Samantha Speight, CPNP-PC

Samantha is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner that graduated from the university of south Alabama with her master's in nursing. She began her nursing career at the age of 21 in pediatrics and remained in pediatrics as a nurse for 8 years before deciding to further her education as a nurse practitioner. On the weekends she enjoys hiking with her husband and two weiner dogs and going to the beach. She is originally from Destin, FL and after living in California for 6 years, she is happy to be home and serving the pediatric population in her home community.

Heather L. Pelt, FNP-C

Heather Pelt, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for working with pediatrics. Heather attended graduate school at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. She strives to provide compassionate and informative care to all of her patients by incorporating her previous healthcare experiences and by using the most up-to-date evidence-based practices.



Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being near the water.
